Humble Dumplings was the chosen food group for Bok Bar's 2017 summer season. The brand was founded by a humble guy who had a passion for dumplings and making people smile. I sat down with Hayden Mink, founder of Humble Dumplings, in a restaurant in Center City to talk about his dumpling vision. We identified a need for a strong, approachable brand that had a variety of colors. There we set the initiative to develop a logo and brand system for this blossoming business.
